Research degree programs are tuition-free. Assigned research projects are the main part of these programs. Students must complete free online classes, distance learning, independent studies, monthly written examinations online or in designated Study Centers. Research projects are the main part of their degree requirements.

  • Los Angeles County Registrar Authentication – $200.00 (Notarized authentication of attached documents)

Transcript of Records – One complete set of photocopies

  • Diplomas or Certificates – One photocopy
  • Valid ID (Passport, State ID, or Driver’s License) – One photocopy
  • Translations – One complete copy of English translations of all documents submitted
  • Evaluations for Licensure or Armed Forces Officer’s Commission – Original documents required (will be returned with the evaluation report)

Payment Options

  • Payments must be made in U.S. dollars via money order, cashier’s check, or bank draft drawn on a U.S. bank, payable to: California University FCE
  • Visa & MasterCard accepted
  • PayPal payments incur a 12% fee

Guaranteed Security
